Terms of Service
At the end of the work, I will provide you a file with the original digital work without signature and watermark, which you can use for any non-commercial purposes. Digital work does not require postage and tracking data.— GENERAL INFORMATIONI CAN draw:
- SFW, erotic, NSFW, fetishes acceptable to me (more details below)
- Characters with any sex and gender, any lesbian and gay couples
- Humanization of pony and furry
- Anthro characters
- Human and human-like characters (any horns, wings, tails, ears, etc. Complex characters with different body parts (centaurs, for example) are discussed separately)
- Fan-art or OCI DO NOT WANT to draw:
- Detailed background with complex composition, background without character
- Robots and mecha
- Feral, MLP, Pokemon
- Realism or real people
- Unacceptable for me fetishes (details below)— PRICING AND PAYMENTAdditional fee for:
- Complex elements of armor, weapons
- Characters whose design contains many details

- Illustration from text (30-100% surcharge)
- Private commission (20% surcharge)

- Art for commercial use (100% surcharge)Commission process:1) You send me all the references and descriptions I need. Together we brainstorm to understand and portray your idea as best as possible. I'll send you rough sketches with a watermark. You choose the best one. I’ll add details and send it back to you. At this stage, you can make 5-8 changes to the sketch, but no more.2) As soon as you accept the sketch, I’ll send you an invoice3) After I send you payment confirmation, I’ll continue to work to finish your commission.I will not make any major changes in the art after the sketch has been accepted (only if I make a mistake in the coloring or something like that)At each stage of the work, I will tell you my deadline. If you have a tight deadline, we can discuss it.You can always ask me to send you WIP’s.I reserve the right to publish or use the commission art with my watermark(!) for my own purposes, if it is not private. (It is possible to indicate the owner of the character on the picture)About payment:- Payment via Paypal on Boosty in USD or in RUB at the current exchange rate
- Full prepayment after acceptance of the sketch
- The payment can not be returned or exchanged
- I reserve the right to resell the commission or use it for any of my own purposes if the payment was returned fraudulently after receiving the finished work.
- I reserve the right to refuse an order without giving any reason. (before payment was made)By paying the commission, you confirm that you have read the Terms of Service and agree with them.Details:Simple b/g - flat color, geometric shapes, simple motives. $0"Neutral" b/g - is a background, WITHOUT complex compositional solutions, WITHOUT complex architectural structures, WITHOUT a lot of details. This is a tricky one, so let's just discuss it separately if need be. (The examples of works in the price list contain a background that I can draw and which I am talking about)What fetishes are acceptable for me: lingerie and any actions with it, tentacles, foot fetish, bondage, bsdm, orgies, abdl without an image of defecation and excrement, exhibitionism, macro-micro, pregnant women, laying eggs.What fetishes are unacceptable for me: zoo, insects, blood and dismemberment, scat, latex.
